PRIVATE EVENTS
The minimum number to book a private event is 5 people*
The pricing of private events is dependent on location and number of guests. For smaller events of less than 15 people, the total number of guests is to be confirmed 2 days before the event.
Full balance is to be paid 1 day prior to the event.

For larger events of 20 people or more, the total number of guests is to be confirmed 1 week before the event.
Half deposit for expected number of guests is to be paid 1 month before the event.
Full balance to be paid upon confirming total number of guests (7 days prior to the event).

If your event needs to be cancelled for personal reasons, including illness or unexpected circumstances, you will be able to reschedule your private event to a new date.
Guests who can no longer attend your private event can redeem their payment through a public Brushflicks n' Chill event.
We will always ask permission to photograph attendees at our events and will respect your privacy if you wish not to be photographed. Permission must also be granted by the private event organiser/contact person for any photos to be distributed on Brushflicks n' Chill Social Media.
Parental permission must be granted for children (under the age of 18) to be photographed at any time.

PUBLIC EVENTS
Minimum and Maximum numbers are set in agreement with the hosting venue/ business collaborator. If the minimum ticket sales are not met, a decision to postpone or cancel the public event will be made through mutual agreement.
Rescheduling/ postponing is permitted in any COVID-related matters including isolation periods or lockdowns.
Ticket holders who can no longer attend a public event may be eligible for a refund if written contact to Brushflicks n’ Chill is made within reasonable notice (2 days prior to public event). The refund issued will not include the booking fee from Eventbrite, our current ticket sales platform.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours from the event) are non-refundable, however, the ticket holder is permitted to use their purchased ticket to attend another public Brushflicks n’ Chill event. As ticket prices for public events vary, a difference may need to be paid.
As a small local business, we do our best to provide a professional and reliable service.
We are open to constructive feedback.
We do not tolerate hate speech.
We do not accept responsibility for our customers after they have left our care.
While we do best to avoid mess at our events, we do not take responsibility for any spillages, paint on clothing or damages.
We provide durable table cloths and take care of the entire set up and pack down. We thank you for your patience in this process.
